• If your item is defective within the warranty period, we'll replace it or refund it.
• There is no restocking fee on warranty returns.

• East Coast Compactor, Corp. is not an authorized distributor of, or affiliated with, the manufacturers listed on this site unless otherwise noted. The original manufacturer's warranty does not apply.
• Returns of unused items (non-warranty) are covered by our 30-day Return Policy; see the Returns tab.

30 Day Return Policy

• Returns on standard stock items within 30 days of delivery date are accepted for a refund.
• Custom ordered items are not eligible for return.
• Approval is required before sending back returns.
• Returned goods must be in unused in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Note: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
