Return Policy

  • Returns on standard stock items within 30 days of delivery date are accepted for a refund.
  • Custom ordered items are not eligible for return.
  • Approval is required before sending back returns.
  • Returned goods must be in unused in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Note: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
  • Refunds will be issued once items have been returned and inspected.
